Jazmine Walker
LSW
Jazmine is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with experience across outpatient, collaborative care, intensive outpatient, school-based, crisis, and geriatric settings. She works with individuals, families, couples, and groups, supporting clients ages four and older from a variety of relational and developmental perspectives. She treats a range of concerns including PTSD and trauma-related conditions, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, grief and loss, self-esteem and body image concerns, and relationship stressors.
Her approach is eclectic and thoughtfully tailored, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-focused approaches. She also enjoys incorporating clients’ interests—such as music, art, writing, or other creative outlets—into sessions to support deeper engagement and self-expression.
She works collaboratively with clients, bringing empathy, curiosity, and compassion to help them navigate challenges, build insight, and move toward meaningful, sustainable growth.
